Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlj8 ("jlj8," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jlj8.net (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and use of any promotional offers.

By creating an account on jlj8, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and use the jlj8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law .
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jlj8 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jlj8 Platform or any affiliated platform.

jlj8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person who does not meet these eligibility requirements will be closed immediately. Any winnings accrued in such an account may be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at jlj8's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jlj8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account on jlj8, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify jlj8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jlj8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jlj8 of a security breach prior to such activity.

jlj8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the jlj8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlj8 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jlj8's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your jlj8 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and payment method.
• jlj8 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• jlj8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. jlj8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jlj8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; VIP members may benefit from expedited processing.
• jlj8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

jlj8 implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

jlj8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlj8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: jlj8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion.
• Modification or Withdrawal: jlj8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notifications about available promotions but remain eligible to claim publicly available offers unless otherwise stated.

All games available on the jlj8 Platform — including Dragon Fishing, Teen Patti 20-20, Lucky Neko, Wheel, and Live Casino titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• jlj8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Casino games are conducted by licensed live dealers operating under established casino protocols.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for applicable games are published in the Game Information section of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jlj8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• jlj8's decision on the outcome of any game dispute shall be final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior authorization from jlj8.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlj8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account.

jlj8 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including cooperation with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

All content on the jlj8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jlj8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jlj8.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of jlj8's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jlj8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlj8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by technical faults, provided that jlj8 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jlj8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlj8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlj8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jlj8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlj8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlj8 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jlj8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jlj8 support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlj8 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with jlj8's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlj8's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, account activity, or the interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
